One of our long standing members of staff retired on 31st January after over 25 years with us, we would like to wish Tricia a happy and fun filled retirement.

Did you know about the Early Years Pupil Premium? This is extra funding that is paid to the Pre-School for eligible children in receipt of 3 and 4 year old funding. The funding will be used to benefit the children. Further information is available here. Please talk to us if you think your child might be eligible.

As you may be aware, Ofsted paid a visit to pre-school at the end of April. The inspector made some very positive comments about Elham Pre-School and the level of care we provide, and we have been rated as ‘good’. The inspector did not have any cause for concern, assigning no ‘actions’. The full report is available to download from Here. We will provide a copy to read in the foyer for anyone without internet access. We will use the feedback to further enhance our services.
